ReplyDeleteEveryone experiences anxiety at some time in their lives but it's worse for fibromyalgia sufferers. Anxiety disorders and their accompanying symptoms are more severe and pronounced... panic attacks are common.

DeleteI refer a lot of people to "Ravyn's Doll: How To Explain Fibromyalgia To Your Child" by Melissa Swanson. It's a great way to help young ones understand more about fibromyalgia.
