Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain condition that causes muscle tenderness, and many other symptoms that can vary from person to person. There is no specific treatment for Fibromyalgia.

Many people want to know what is the best treatment for Fibromyalgia so they can manage their pain, fatigue, stiffness and fibro fog. I can only talk about what works for me and my own symptoms with fibromyalgia and chronic pain.

I have been experimenting, with myself, for over 10 years now and these things are the key to reducing my fibro symptoms.

    Massage definately works for me but it has to be the right kind, quite gentle and probably everyone is different

    1. I'm definitely different as i like a very strong massage and preferably a myofascial massage which helps my muscles relax

  4. Fibromyalgia is a disease/syndrome which has been with us since the dawn of man, and yet to this day the medical establishment cannot agree on much when it comes to this provocitive illness. While it is known that women are attacked by this disease by a ratio of up to 9/1 compared to men, so much more is left unanswered by the medical community.

    1. yes, Kaney, I totally agree with you... so much more needs to be understood about fibromyalgia. that is why a lot of what I do online, especially on social media, is to raise awareness of FM. I hope that awreness of the millions suffereing with it will bring more research and eventually a cure or prevention. Best wishes, Lee
